Content blocks allow you to display static information such as text, images, and embedded videos on a given page. Magento Go includes a selection of preconfigured content blocks for your store. Some of these blocks are required components and others can be disabled according to your preference. If you’d like to create your own custom content, you can use the default CMS blocks to do so. Read our knowledge base article, Working with Content Blocks to see which blocks can be adjusted. In order to create a completely new block, you can refer to the Creating a Block article. To modify any of the existing default blocks, you’ll want to reference the article on Editing a Block. After you’ve gone through the various knowledge base articles, log into your account to try things out for yourself!
