The Google Checkout Shipping - Flat Rate section allows you to enable and configure flat rate shipping for Google Checkout. You can define up to three different flat rate shipping options.

|Enable Flat Rate||Website||Enables or disables flat rate shipping options for Google Checkout.|
|Rate 1 Title||Website||Set the flat rate shipping option title for Rate 1. This is the name that appears in the shipping options list in Google Checkout.|
|Rate [1-3] Amount||Website||Set the the flat rate shipping rate for Rate 1.|
|Rate [1-3] Ship to Applicable Countries||Website||Determines whether this shipping method is available in all countries, or only in specific countries.|
|Rate [1-3] Ship to Specific Countries||Website||Identifies the countries where packages can be sent using this option.|
