The Google Checkout Shipping - Flat Rate section allows you to enable and configure flat rate shipping for Google Checkout. You can define up to three different flat rate shipping options.

| Enable Flat Rate | Website | Enables or disables flat rate shipping options for Google Checkout. |
| Rate 1 Title | Website | Set the flat rate shipping option title for Rate 1. This is the name that appears in the shipping options list in Google Checkout. |
| Rate [1-3] Amount | Website | Set the the flat rate shipping rate for Rate 1. |
| Rate [1-3] Ship to Applicable Countries | Website | Determines whether this shipping method is available in all countries, or only in specific countries. |
| Rate [1-3] Ship to Specific Countries | Website | Identifies the countries where packages can be sent using this option. |
