Editing a Shopping Cart

The contents of your customer’s shopping cart can be edited directly from the Admin panel. To see the changes, the customer must press F5 to refresh the page.

Step 1: Open the Customer’s Shopping Cart

  1. From the Admin menu, select Customers > Manage Customers.
  2. Find your customer in the list, and click the Edit link to open the record.
