Unlocking User Accounts
For the security of your business, user accounts are locked after six failed attempts to log in to the Admin panel. The account can be unlocked by any other user with full Administrator permissions.
Unlocking an Account
To unlock an admin account:
- From the Admin menu, select System > Permissions > Locked.
Any locked user accounts appear in the list.
- In the list, select the checkbox of the locked account.
- In the upper-right corner, set the Actions list to “Unlock.”
- Click the Submit button to unlock the user account.
