How did you find out about Magento Go?
Through an internet search.
What made you choose Magento Go over other eCommerce platform solutions?
I was looking for an eCommerce solution that was SEO friendly and encompassed all of my small business needs. Magento had so many back end features I was immediately hooked. The web templates were easy for me to tweak and set up the way I wanted too.
Have you used any other eCommerce platforms before? If so, what makes Magento Go different?
I have tried several different 'store fronts' and none of them even compare to the Magento Go system right out of the box.
How easy was it to start this store?
Very easy for me to get started. Still learning and playing always but it was great because I could add items and get to work.
How is managing your site day-to-day with Magento Go?
It’s pretty automated so now I just manage my inventory and try and update product photos as needed.
What are the most valuable features of Magento Go?
I think being able to add features such as item comparisons, wish lists and item tagging is huge for my customers. The tools for shoppers to utilize are what keeps them coming back.
What are your goals for the future of the site?
My goal is to add more video content and hopefully a slideshow on the homepage.
How has Magento Go impacted your business in terms of sales, conversion rate, etc.?
I am gaining nationwide customers from my site as new customers find me through search engines. The site is also mobile phone friendly so it looks great on an android or iPhone.
What advice would you give to merchants just getting started with Go?
Study the tips on SEO and setting up keyword rich content.

I really appreciate being part of the stimulus to allow me to build and grow while learning how to get the most out of my store.
